We are looking for an Accounting Controlling to join our company! This person will join our finance team and provide support in the accounting closing processes and management reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing accounting processes.

What You Will Be Doing

●Organizing and monitoring the end to end of the costs process.
●Analyzing the company's theoretical and actual costs.
●Performing analysis of bank statements.
●Identifying and explaining variances between theoretical and actual costs.
●Handling other responsibilities related to cost management and accounting
●Perform the reconciliation, control and analysis of the balance sheet accounts and
make accounting records for adjustments, reclassifications, and provisions that arise
from the different analyses
●Analyze and control the different flows and processes that impact the assembly of cash
flows "Banks, Credit processors and Brokers", ensuring the correct exposure by
currency and integrity by business unit
●Participate in financial efficiency projects and present improvement plans for
standardization and automation of processes

Requirements
●Senior experience in the accounting area, with special interest in Controlling.
●Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
●Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese is mandatory.
●Knowledge of Python, Visual Basic, and SQL for querying databases, is a plus
●Experience with Looker is a plus
