We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

• Analyze and improve the procurement cycle to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Support end-to-end procurement operations, design and diagram polices and processes in the company’s ERP
• Address discrepancies in invoicing or purchasing to mitigate risks and identify saving opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
• Provide support in the search for new suppliers.

Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable/procurement positions.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle accounting software (NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English Skills. Portuguese is a plus
