We are looking for a Sr Business Development Manager to join our company! The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires identifying opportunities for improvement, designing solutions, and bringing them to life. An optimizations/operational excellence mindset is required.

What you will be doing

• Maintain relationships with our existing providers, reviewing and negotiating their agreements. You will be the first point of contact for the Providers.
  
• Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your prof and internal stakeholders, consistently monitoring the goals set
  
• Designing and implementing efficient business processes and workflows.
  
• Conducting cross-functional working sessions to generate insights, create alignment, and drive the next steps.
  
• Configuring and managing tools to support project management and process improvement.
  
• Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Monitoring project progress, evaluating project performance, reporting project outcomes and escalating risks and issues as necessary.
  
• Providing training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
  
• Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership.
  

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in operations, business transformation/optimization, or a related role.
  
• Ability to think strategically and design effective solutions.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• + 5 years of experience leading teams
  
• Strong attention to deadlines and details.
  
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
  
• Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization.
  
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
