We are looking for a Tech Lead (Java) to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement new features, focusing on system performance and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with business goals.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD, automated testing, and adopting new technologies.
• Document architecture and technical processes for the team.

Requirements:

• +5 years work experience as backend Java developer
  • Build high quality code using Java with Spring Framework
  • Highly Experienced with relational databases, specially experienced with MySQL
  • Highly Experienced with AWS: SQS, SNS, Aurora, DynamoDb, DocumentDb, S3, etc.
  • Experienced with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, Argo, CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a development team.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
