We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Lead a team of tech leads, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement new features, focusing on system performance and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with business goals.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD, automated testing, and adopting new technologies.
• Document architecture and technical processes for the team.

Requirements:

• +2 years leading teams of developers, preferably as a Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role, with experience in coaching and supporting team members' technical growth.
• Proven experience as Backend Developer, with experience in Java, Spring Boot and AWS.
• Experienced with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, Argo, CI/CD pipelines.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
• Experience in fintech/payments is a plus!
