We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our company! This person will join our regional accounting team and provide support in the accounting closing processes and management reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing accounting processes.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for recording the financial transactions of the various entities in the group, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial records with applicable accounting regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and the monthly and annual closing processes.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Participate in the review and reconciliation of accounts, as well as in verifying the accuracy of accounting records.
• Provide support during external audits, ensuring that all required information is available and organized.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in auditing firms.
• Deep knowledge of accounting regulations (IFRS).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle accounting software (NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English Skills. Portuguese is a plus!
