We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Analyze the current user experience with a strong focus on UX.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in user experience.
• Research and analyze user behavior to create intuitive experiences.
• Conduct interviews, research sessions, surveys, and data analysis to better understand user needs and expectations.
• Perform usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve interfaces.
• Develop visual designs following the guidelines of our Design System, ensuring an excellent user experience across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure design implementations are consistent and aligned with user expectations and business goals.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of design systems.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in design (a degree in fields such as Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, etc., is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working and mantaining design systems up to date.
• Experience working on different projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of frontend: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency on Figma
• Work experience in fintech (desirable but not required).
• Advanced English. (Fluent)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of checkout processes (a plus).
