We are looking for a Product Owner to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Define and prioritize the product backlog according to the strategy and business objectives.
• Gather and maintain traceability of stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are implemented according to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate in creating business cases that support investment decisions.
• Deeply understand the customer experience, identifying product improvement opportunities and generating ideas that drive growth.
• Work closely with development and design teams to ensure product requirements are clear, validated, and deliverables meet expectations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to adjust product priorities as needed.
• Evaluate the performance of released features, analyzing their impact on conversion rates and suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Assist in identifying improvement areas and new business opportunities within existing products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Specialist, or in roles related to product development.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to dive into details.
• Education and/or solid experience in business analysis, and market strategy.
• Practical knowledge of software development and web technologies (a plus).
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and spoken English.
