We are looking for a Product Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and organizational priorities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to build business cases for new initiatives and guide strategic product investments.
• Act as the voice of the customer, using feedback, data, and insights to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
• Leverage your technical knowledge to bridge the gap between business and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables.
• Measure product performance through KPIs, assess ROI, and propose data-driven enhancements.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and success.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align product objectives with company goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in a leadership role within product development.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align product initiatives to business objectives.
• Proven ability to prioritize initiatives based on data, customer feedback, and business value.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Technical background or practical experience with software development processes, web technologies, APIs, or other relevant technical domains.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and the ability to work closely with development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a balance between technical understanding and business acumen.
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
