We’re looking for a Legal Analyst to join our growing team and help support the legal needs of a fast-moving global business. You'll collaborate with different teams, work on commercial agreements, assist with compliance matters, and gain exposure to a wide range of legal topics. What you will be doing
Draft, review, and support the negotiation of agreements and other legal documents, ensuring they meet legal requirements and protect the company's interests.
Assist in the management of legal disputes, coordinating with external counsel when needed.
Provide legal support to different business areas on matters related to contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
Monitor relevant laws and regulations, helping ensure the company remains compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Partner with teams across the business—primarily Commercial, Finance, and Operations—to provide practical legal guidance and support day-to-day business needs.
Support the Legal team in ongoing projects and contribute to improving internal legal processes and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Advanced English skills.
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
1–3 years of experience in a legal role. Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or another regulated industry is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
