We are looking for a Jr. Sales & Account Manager to join our company.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing
Hunt for new business opportunities.
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads.
Own early-stage conversations with potential clients and move them through the funnel.
Work closely with senior sales leaders to accelerate deals and close opportunities.
Keep CRM (HubSpot) fully updated.
Quickly understand client needs and position our solutions with clarity and impact.
Analyze results, iterate fast, and continuously improve your outreach and conversion rates.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry spaces when needed.
Travel when required to win business and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar commercial roles.
Relentless drive, high energy, and a strong ambition to grow fast in a sales career.
Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and persuasive.
Action-oriented mindset: you move fast, learn fast, and execute even faster.
Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand complex products and markets.
Analytical thinking — you track what works and double down on it.
Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets and results.
Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline and CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
Availability and willingness to travel.
Interest in fintech, payments, or high-growth environments is a plus.
