What you will be doing

• Supervise and lead the backend development team, ensuring code quality and efficiency.
• Manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand technological and accounting needs.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the company.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement in development processes.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and support the professional development of the team.
• Ensure that the correct synergy within the company is present throughout all processes.

Requirements:

• +4 years of experience as a Back End Developer.
• Experience building high quality code using .NET and Java with Spring Framework
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Experience leading software developers teams.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
