We are looking for a Cibersecurity Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Create, implement, and manage Information Security policies, Incident Response Plan, and Institutional Business Continuity Plan.
  
• Work on the implementation of algorithms for critical systems based on ISO 27001 or similar frameworks, BCB RESOLUTION Nº 86 and/or internal and regulatory body policies.
  
• Manage vendors and internal teams for the execution of Penetration Tests (PENTEST) and vulnerability analysis (SCAN).
• Propose improvements to internal Identity and Access Management controls aiming for compliance with internal and market policies.
• Actively collaborate with the IT and HR teams in the employee Lifecycle processes, from the creation, modification, and timely and secure revocation of access to network resources.
  
• Experience in building and managing access profiles and roles.
• Manage the security of the endpoints environment (workstations and notebooks), ensuring that security policies, including patch application, disk encryption, and malware protection, are implemented and maintained.
  
• Manage the security and availability of the network infrastructure (Local and On-Premise), focusing on routers and firewalls.
  
• Monitor the configuration of internet services and the redundancy of communication links.
  
• Administer and monitor the security of remote access Connections (VPN) and ensure the application of access policies.
  
• Ensure the hardening and secure configuration of the local environment and network assets (routers and firewalls).
  
• Manage security tools such as Antivirus, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and WAF.

Requirements:

• 05 years of experience in Information Security and Management.
  
• Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA).
  
• Knowledge and experience with BCB RESOLUTION Nº 86 controls (Mandatory).
  
• Experience implementing security controls for internal and external access, knowledge of processes, risks, and governance focused on access management.
  
• Experience and/or knowledge in Cloud (AWS) access management.
  
• Proven knowledge and experience in network maintenance, including firewall and router configuration and maintenance. (Mandatory)
  
• Experience in managing VPNs and implementing access and security controls.
  
• Familiarity with managing internet links and implementing balancing and failover policies (continuity).
  
• Experience with endpoint protection technologies (EDR/XDR) and security control tools (Antivirus, Encryption, Patching) and Remote Access.
  
• Experience in creating metrics, indicators, and reports.
  
• Mandatory: Intermediate English (for communication with global teams).
  
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
