We are looking for a Legal Business Partner to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet legal requirements and protect the company’s interests.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including working with external counsel and overseeing litigation processes when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to senior management and business units on a range of issues, including regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, corporate structures and and risk management.
• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Be a business partner for all departments in the company, mostly commercial, finance and operations, to support business objectives and resolve legal issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Advanced English skills.
• Proven experience drafting and negociating agreemeents
• +3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the fintech industry or a related field.
• Be a team player.
