We are looking for a NOC Analyst to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  
• Detect and respond to incidents, outages, latency issues, and performance deviations.
  
• Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.
  
• Perform preventative maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists.
  
• Monitor system operation in terms of postings.

Requirements:

• Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);
  
• Experience in technology;
  
• Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions;
  
• Attention to detail;
  
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical issues;
  
• Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams;
  
• Proficiency in Spanish and English;
  
• This position requires availability to work from 23 pm to 7 am (Br), but initially will require the availability to take rotating shifts.
  
• Knowledge in New Relic and Looker is a plus
