We are looking for a tech lead to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

• Lead a team of developers by setting technical direction, reviewing code, and ensuring engineering best practices.
• Design, build and maintain high-performance backend services using Java / SpringBoot.
• Take part in architectural decisions focused on scalability, performance and resilience.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Define and enforce coding standards, reusable patterns and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading development teams (technical mentorship and delivery coordination) with hands-on backend contribution.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS is a plus).
• Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle (design → build → deploy → operate).
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced English for distributed collaboration.
• Nice to have: exposure to React or other modern frontend frameworks.
