We’re looking for a proactive Financial Planning Analyst to support the financial and operational analysis of our business units. This role involves analyzing monthly performance, monitoring budgets, evaluating cost structures, and identifying efficiencies to improve profitability and decision-making.

What you will be doing:

Perform monthly reconciliations and business performance analysis for Pandablue.

• Conduct price, budget, and variance analysis to identify key drivers and trends.
• Track and control company budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Analyze expenses and indirect costs for Eron to detect areas for optimization.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and financial decisions.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics (or related fields).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with financial analysis tools preferred.
• Attention to detail, with a problem-solving and efficiency-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Based in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial planning
• Previous experience in business efficiency projects or consulting.
