We are looking for a Treasury Trainee to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Periodically log into the online platforms of the various banks with which the company operates, verifying the updated movements and balances of all accounts.
• Download and record bank balances in an Excel spreadsheet or other internal control system, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the information.
• Perform simple bank reconciliations, comparing the system balances with the accounting records and reporting any differences detected.
• Keep the database of daily, weekly, or monthly financial transactions up to date, as appropriate.
• Ensure the confidentiality of financial information and the proper handling of passwords and bank access.
• Collaborate with the accounting or treasury department in the preparation of financial reports and cash flow reports.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to payment management, collections, and monitoring of banking operations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferably).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
