We are looking for a Sr Manager Product Operations to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Identify business opportunities in existing products and services, proposing improvements that generate value at the company level.
• Analyze operational and product processes to optimize efficiency, reduce friction, and facilitate international scalability.
• Connect and standardize processes between product, operations, and business development teams in different countries.
• Coordinate product and feature launches, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency globally.
• Develop prioritization, reporting, and product documentation frameworks that enable data-driven decisions and maximize business value.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between local and global teams, eliminating duplication and improving efficiency.

• Contribute to the product roadmap, incorporating market opportunities, customer feedback, and data analysis with a focus on generating value and business growth.
  
  Requirements
  
  -Previous experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Operations (minimum 3-5 years), preferably in fintech, PSP, or technology startups.
  
  -Experience coordinating products and operations in different countries or international markets.
  
  -Data-driven analytical mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities, generate value, and improve processes.
  
  -Solid knowledge of agile methodologies
