We are looking for an Account Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of gambling industry clients, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and long-term satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying client needs.
• Build strong and trust-based relationships with international clients, fostering collaboration and growth opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize processing flows and improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Support the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare account reviews, performance reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and client business dynamics to anticipate needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Account Management or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in gambling, payments, or fintech industries is considered a plus.
