We are looking for an Account Manager to join our company.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of gambling industry clients, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and long-term satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying client needs.
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with international clients, fostering collaboration and growth opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize processing flows and improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Support the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare account reviews, performance reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and client business dynamics to anticipate needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Account Management or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience in gambling, payments, or fintech industries is considered a plus.
