We are looking for a Sr Compliance Analyst to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Support and responding to corporate Compliance demands.
  
• Promote a culture of Compliance by assisting in the delivery of trainings and internal/external communications.
  
• Liaise with regulators in responding to official letters, supervisory requests, and inquiries.
  
• Draft and monitor action plans related to non-conformities.
  
• Participate in complex projects within the area and contribute to management reports.
  
• Drive improvements and automations in internal processes and support the development of new workflows.
  
• Provide support on regulatory matters related to payment institutions.
  
• Assist in preparing responses to internal and external regulatory demands.
  
• Conduct analyses and studies on legislation and regulations to ensure compliance of new products and alignment of existing ones.
  
• Support the implementation of risk management practices and governance procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in the field.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations, Forms), including spreadsheet formulas and digital tools.
• Advanced English;
• Intermediate Spanish (preferred).
• Organized and multitasking profile with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Experience with regulations applicable to Payment Institutions or related entities.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen).
• Experience delivering Compliance-related trainings.
