We are looking for a Financial Operations Controlling Analyst to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Perform transactional reconciliation processes, ensuring the verification and integrity of all transactions.
• Manage, propose, and identify opportunities for improvement, integrating technological tools (AI) and best practices into the different workflows of the reconciliation process.
• Act with an internal audit approach, investigating discrepancies, analyzing operational risks, and ensuring the complete resolution of pending issues.
• Collaborate with the Technology, Product, and other business areas teams to improve processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Structure and prepare reliable databases for analysis by the team and management.
• Support schedule compliance and the resolution of pending issues.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with a focus on reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Sharp logical reasoning and strong critical analysis skills for problem solving.
• Clear communication, proactive profile, organized, and with a high sense of responsibility.
• Systemic view of processes and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  Experience in financial reconciliation and/or auditing.
• Knowledge of financial control systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.

It's a plus! 
-Previous experience in the payments, fintech, or acquiring sector.
-Advanced Portuguese.
-Proficiency in Power Query and VBA programming.
-Intermediate knowledge of Python applied to data analysis and automation.
