We are looking for our Tech Recruiter & HRBP to join our company.

What you will be doing

Talent Acquisition:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Use various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.) to proactively source top tech talent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and set hiring goals.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Act as a strategic partner of the business leaders, providing support in talent management, organizational development and work environment.

• Implement and follow up HR initiatives aligned with business objectives (performance evaluation, career plans, training, etc.).
• Analyze HR indicators to detect opportunities for improvement and promote actions that add value to people and the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience and hiring technical profiles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent globally with a deep understanding of market-specific hiring practices, compliance requirements, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions at one time.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
• Strong relationship building with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, negotiations, closing strategies, and presentation of offer.
• Advanced English skills; both spoken and written (mandatory).
