We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using data analysis tools.
• Interpret data analysis results and present actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement models to solve business problems.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support and reports (including BACEN reports, reconciliation, etc.).
• Create customized reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, business metrics, and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and security, ensuring compliance with regulations and privacy policies.
• Prepare and maintain Data Warehouses, ETLs, databases, and AWS data-related services. Redshift knowledge is a differential.
• Integrate data from various sources, specifying how it should be cleansed and prepared. Review colleagues' outputs to ensure quality and communicate data limitations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis in a corporate environment.
  
• Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker
  
• Experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities for non-technical audiences.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
