We are looking for an Treasury Operations Analyst to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Manage daily cash positioning and funding needs across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with the operational cash strategy.
• Lead the communication and execution of FX and funding operations with regional brokers, including trade booking, settlement follow-up and reconciliations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, ensuring accurate and timely execution of treasury operations.
• Prepare and update the operational cash position, tracking inflows and outflows, and aligning with internal treasury and finance teams.
• Support currency conversion needs and expatriation processes for assigned markets, identifying funding requirements and proposing efficient solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all operations in the internal treasury panel, providing clear justifications and audit trails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate liquidity needs and proactively manage market-specific treasury actions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements, contributing with a hands-on and innovative

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Treasury, Financial Operations or a similar finance-oriented role.
• Strong understanding of cash management, FX operations and financial flows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external relationships with financial institutions or brokers.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple small-scale markets simultaneously and operate with autonomy.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving processes and multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with treasury systems or internal financial panels.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
