We are looking for a Financial Operations Controlling to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Lead transactional reconciliation processes, ensuring the verification and integrity of all transactions.
  
• Develop, optimize, and maintain automation routines by identifying opportunities and integrating technological tools in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and Python (AI) to streamline data import and processing across various reconciliation workflow stages.
  
• Act with an internal audit mindset, investigating discrepancies, analyzing operational risks, and ensuring complete resolution of outstanding issues.
  
• Manage, coordinate, and support cross-functional teams, as well as generate and monitor new reports to improve the team’s KPIs and OKRs.
  
• Structure and prepare reliable databases for analysis by the team and management.
  
• Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting timeline compliance and assisting in the resolution of complex cases.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leadership roles within finance, controllership, or auditing, with a strong focus on reconciliations.
• Senior-level experience in financial reconciliation and/or auditing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA programming.
  
• Intermediate knowledge of Python applied to data analysis and automation.
• Systemic view of processes and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of financial control systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
• Advanced or fluent Portuguese.
• Sharp logical reasoning and strong critical thinking for effective problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills, a proactive and organized profile, and a strong sense of responsibility.
