We are looking for a Account Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business continuity.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and support the client through all operational phases.
• Analyze client performance, including transaction volumes, fees, and chargebacks, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support the client’s growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, risk, legal, finance) to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and proactively address potential risks or inefficiencies.
• Stay updated on trends, regulations, and challenges in the trading space.
• Support the commercial team with tailored proposals for potential forex clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Business Development role within payments, fintech, or the forex industry.
• In-depth understanding of forex platforms, payment flow, risk factors, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value to both client and company.
• Fluent in English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
