We are looking for an Account Executive to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Manage and support a portfolio of low risk merchant accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing relationship management.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processing flows and drive business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of client needs and expectations.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business reviews for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements in alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and client dynamics to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, or similar client-facing roles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  
• Genuine curiosity and drive to learn about the fintech/payments industry.
  
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
  
• Experience in fintech, payments, or working with international clients is a plus.
