We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our company.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing
- Acquire in-depth product and technical knowledge to deliver top-notch support to clients.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for merchants, guiding them through the integration process and ensuring their systems are properly set up to communicate with ours. This includes assisting with APIs and providing the necessary technical documentation.
- Monitor and optimize the system's performance during the first month of integration, addressing issues and improving the conversion rate.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, ensuring merchants have all the information needed to use our products effectively.
- Collaborate with product development teams to customize solutions for specific customers when needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, supporting their technical needs throughout their journey with us.
- Measure and optimize system performance, proactively addressing customer needs and driving innovation to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL, programming (ability to read and understand OOP code to comprehend system behaviors), REST APIs, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience with New Relic or Linux is a plus, along with a background in working with customers from a technical perspective, delivering solutions focused on client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to think and act quickly, addressing issues efficiently and adapting to changes
