We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our company.

What you will be doing:

• Develop Machine Learning Models: Design, build, and train machine learning models (LLMs) and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Data Processing & Feature Engineering: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for use in machine learning models. Implement robust data pipelines and identify valuable features to improve model performance.
• Model Optimization: Experiment with different algorithms and hyperparameters to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Collaborate with software engineers to deploy machine learning models into production environments. Set up monitoring systems to track model performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and refine project goals, ensure alignment, and integrate machine learning solutions into broader product development.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Conduct research to explore innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in machine learning engineering or data science roles.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, models, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python. Knowledge in Java is a plus!
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with AWS platform and distributed computing.

• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • An Intermediate level of English is required.
